- Design Consulting – to assist in cost analysis, architect or draftsman selection.
- Contractor or subcontractor selection – Interview contractors and subcontractors, prepare bid documents, write contracts, review proposals.
- Pricing and Scheduling – Provide pre-project general pricing to understand order of magnitude. Provide final pricing upon completion of bid process. Create project schedule based on realistic time-lines and contractors input.
- Project Management – Oversee permit process, supervise construction, monitor pay applications, conduct Owner/Architect/Construction meetings, administer change order process, monitor schedules and budget.
- Design / Build – We can assemble an experienced design team to support your project goals. Our team will consist of seasoned Architects, Structural Engineers, Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing designers to create complete drawings, that in many cases we obtain permitting with minimum review time.
- Competency – One of the biggest complaints we hear about (generic) General Contractors is their lack of project-specific expertise. That is that inexperienced personnel try to manage complicated/sensitive projects, while charging expert level fees.
